Practice

Meditation & Yoga

These practices come from the non-dual Tantrik traditions of Kashmir, where the body and the senses open directly onto the sacred. We work with breath, attention and sensation - simply, patiently, until stillness becomes familiar ground.

Let your breathing follow the circle. Expand as it expands. Release as it softens. This is already meditation.

My new meditation app

Aghora Now is a meditation app I am building. Guided meditations to practice on your own time, with breathwork to help you arrive and settle. It grows from the same practice as the sessions here. Leave your email and I will write to you when it opens.

No noise. One email when it launches, and nothing else.

Thank you. You are on the list, and you will be among the first to know when it opens.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between private sessions, weekly classes, and retreats?

Private sessions are one-to-one, in person or by video, built around whatever you're working through right now. Weekly classes are small ongoing group sessions, a steady rhythm rather than a single fix. Retreats are longer, immersive days set apart from daily life, alone or in a small group.

Where do in-person classes take place?

At your place or at mine. I travel to students across Brussels and the surrounding regions, and my own space is in Uccle.

Is this suitable for a complete beginner?

Yes. If this is new to you, start with a 60 or 90 minute private session rather than the longer formats.

Do you accommodate injuries, pregnancy, or physical limitations?

Yes. The practice adapts to physical limitations, like specific postures, and to energetic ones too. Pregnant women, for example, skip the strong sublimation exercises. At that stage the body needs grounding energy above all.

What payment methods do you accept?

For classes, you can pay by card, bank transfer (QR code and Bancontact included), or cash in person.
