Before Completion

The beautiful confusion before completion, illuminated by imagination.

This is the confusion before completion, the mind flooded with impressions that refuse final order. Its shadow suffers the flood as chaos. Its gift is imagination: the same flood surfed, images allowed to combine into unforeseen sense.

The practice is to trust the fog. Meaning here assembles itself when pressure to conclude is released; the last hexagram promises that nothing is ever finally finished. Let the images play. In their dance, light gathers behind the mist, and its breakthrough is illumination.
