The strength of aloneness: rest and refusal that restore the will.
This is the gate of aloneness, the will's need to withdraw, rest, and refuse. Its shadow is exhaustion, working past the point of meaning, resenting the load. Its gift is resolve: clean boundaries, work embraced by choice, rest without guilt.
The practice is the holy no. Deliver yourself from agreements your heart never signed. Solitude here is medicine, the place where will replenishes. A will rested and self-possessed begins to move in concert with something larger, and that alignment is divine will.
