Joyful Mastery

Skill practiced with enthusiasm until repetition ripens into mastery.

Enthusiasm is a skill of the spirit, and this gate holds it. In shadow it turns indifferent, going through motions, collecting techniques without love. In gift it becomes versatility: skills cross-pollinating, practice lifted by genuine delight.

Mastery here follows a simple law: repetition becomes transcendence only when enthusiasm is present. So the practice is to protect your delight, choosing depth in what naturally lifts you. Ten thousand repetitions later, the skill plays itself, and the performer disappears into mastery.
